From May 24 – 31, I'm committing to a week of intentional self-care — walking, gratitude journaling, mindfulness, better sleep, small daily acts of presence — while raising funds for Legacy Youth Leadership's Gratitude Effect campaign.
Because here's what I believe: these practices are life-changing. And every young person deserves access to them, regardless of zip code or circumstance.
The students Legacy serves — young leaders from underserved communities — are already navigating anxiety, uncertainty, and systems that weren't built for them. Legacy gives them free leadership programming and tools, including mental health resources, to thrive and push back: to quiet the noise, find their footing, and step into their own power.
