The Gratitude Effect is a Mental Health Awareness Month campaign activating 1,500+ students to build healthier habits through gratitude, mindfulness, and intentional action.
From May 10–31, students will complete simple daily activities such as writing gratitude notes, practicing mindfulness, and improving sleep habits. These actions are designed to reduce anxiety, increase self-awareness, and promote emotional well-being.
We will be fundraising to help young leaders from underserved communities get access to mental health resources, connect to their community, find their voice, and gain power over anxiety through using their agency!
